As part of the Faculty's endeavor to build international relations and establish local and international partnerships in projects related to health and academic work, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Khaldoon Bashaireh met representatives of the INCLUDE project, which is supervised by Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, in cooperation with the KIT Royal Tropical Institute and Belink Academy (from the Netherlands), the Higher Population Council, Yarmouk University - Faculty of Archeology and Anthropology and the People of the Mountain- Ahl Aljabal Charitable Society (from Jordan). Dr. Ruba Akash supervises the project at Yarmouk University from the Faculty of Archeology.  

The visit comes to study the possibility of Faculty’s academic staff participation in this project. The project is concerned with finding more sustainable services and solutions for the sexual and reproductive health needs and reproductive rights of refugee youth in Jordan.
