The Deanship of the Faculty of Medicine shows its great interest in every complaint or suggestion received from our students, and is keen to address the complaint, study the proposal, and clarify the circumstances of any issue that concerns our students in a way that preserves their dignity and the confidentiality of their complaint. We hope to see the student after resolving his issue satisfied and reassured. Therefore, the deanship designed a simple mechanism aimed at ensuring that the complaint or suggestion is documented and studied as soon as it is submitted, and to verify that it reaches the competent authority in the Faculty; officials, departments or offices to solve the problem.

The student writes his complaint on a special form that is available in the offices of the Deanship’s block on the Faculty campus and in the waiting hall in the Deanship’s block. The student can also download the form from the link at the bottom of this page. Then he fills it in and writes his name, phone number, and means of communication with him, then he hands it over to the president of the Faculty’s bureau or one of the employees of the bureau, who in turn, through an approved mechanism in the deanship, directs it to the correct path, and the complainant or the propounder will be contacted within a period not exceeding a week to provide her/him with the outcome of the complaint or suggestion. The Deanship may need to contact the student within a shorter period and during the study of the complaint to verify some information. Therefore, please make sure that the phone number or the chosen mean of communication is correct.
