The research graduation project is a requirement for Medical Doctor (MD) undergraduate students at Yarmouk University. The graduation project will provide medical students the opportunity to conduct research in their areas of interest. Medical students can select any research domain from basic medical sciences, clinical research, or translational research project. It will be teamwork which will improve students’ communication skills, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. Each team will be assigned to a mentor which will directly guide, monitor and track their work. The Scientific Research Office (SRO) will support both students and faculties through their journey and track students’ project progress to meet critical deadlines. 

In order to organize and support scientific research, the Deanship of the Faculty of Medicine at Yarmouk University decided, in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023, to establish a medical research office in the faculty, which is located in the faculty campus on the third floor, next to the reading room.
