Welcome to the Department of Diseases; Basic Sciences (DBS), which was established in 2024. DBS is one of the academic departments of Faculty of Medicine in Yarmouk Uuniversity that deals with specialties that prepare the medical students to understand the pathologies that affect human body and the primary measures to deal with them in the community reaching the highest level of public health.
The subjects in the scope of DBS department are: Pathology, Medical Microbiology, Immunology, Community Medicine and Public Health.
