Believing in the responsibility of the Faculty of Medicine at Yarmouk University and its active role in serving and raising awareness within the local community, and as an initiative by the Pediatrics Interest Group (PSIG) under the supervision of Dr. Aseel Gharaibeh, a Breastfeeding Awareness Campaign was held on Thursday, 07/08/2025 at Princess Rahma Hospital, as part of World Breastfeeding Week.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness among mothers about the benefits of breastfeeding for both baby and mother, through interactive discussions and educational materials.
We commend PSIG for their efforts in engaging with the community and thank Princess Rahma Hospital for their support in hosting this valuable initiative.
