Please note that you can get any document that you need for this purpose JUST ONLY from the Clinical Training Office (CTO)

as CTO is the only authorized office to issue such documents.

CTO is located in the M - floor just above the Clinical Medical Sciences Department floor

The chairwoman of the office is Dr. Jomana Al-Sulaiman, and the office administrator is Mrs. Worood Bani-Baker
